1. Reservation & Deposit:A non-refundable total of the invoice is required to secure your event date and time.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:Cancellations made at anytime will forfeit the deposit unless we can fill that date at the time of the cancellation
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of $150 unless we can fill the date being rescheduling.
3. Payment Terms: Final payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit Card, Venmo and Cash App. A 2.9% fee applies to all but cash.
4. Weather Policy:Events will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. However, in cases of severe weather (e.g., tornado warnings, high winds, tropical storms, Hurricanes, unsafe roads), we reserve the right to reschedule the event. No refunds will be issued for weather-related rescheduling.
5. Parking Requirements:Clients must provide a safe and legal parking space of at least 60 feet (approximately 7 parking spaces) for the game trailer. The area must be free of hazards and foot traffic. We reserve the right to refuse to pull the trailer onto customer property to avoid potential damage.
6. Equipment Usage & Conduct:Food, drinks, and pets are prohibited inside the game trailer.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misconduct.
Our Game Coaches are present to ensure a fun and safe environment; their instructions must be followed at all times.All controllers and game discs, yard games, concessions or property of Level Up Rolling Video Games must be accounted for after the party or a $150 missing property fee will be charged. Any damage to Level Up Rolling Video Game truck or trailer will be charged per the estimate to fix.
7. Liability & Insurance:We are fully insured. However, we are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to unsafe conditions at the event location. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
8. Additional Services:Additional services such as popcorn and snow cone machines, and giant games are available upon request and subject to availability. Please indicate your interest during the booking process.
